温经止痛膏穴位贴敷法治疗原发性痛经32例疗效观察

目的观察温经止痛膏穴位贴敷法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将50例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例于经前及经期穴位贴敷温经止痛膏,对照组18例服用玄胡止痛片,疗程3个月经周期。疗效评价采用治疗前后症状指数积分比较及总疗效比较法。结果两组的治疗前后症状总积分比较均差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组在治疗前后的疼痛、腰酸、出冷汗、吐泻等症状积分值的疗效明显优于对照组(P0.01)。治疗组综合疗效总有效率为93.8%,对照组为72.2%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论温经止痛膏穴位敷贴法治疗原发性痛经,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Efficacy of Acupoint Plastering Therapy with Wenjing Zhitong Gao for Thirty-two Cases with Primary Dysmenorrhea
