| 摘 要： | 目的观察鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及复发情况。方法将280例随机分为两组,治疗组200例用鼻炎片、对照组80例用酮替芬及强的松治疗,分别于治疗结束后1个月、半年、1年观察疗效。结果治疗结束后1个月两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗结束后半年、1年两组比较显效率、总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎有较好疗效,能显著降低复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of rhinitis tablet in treating allergic rhinitis and the recrudescence condition.Method:280 cases were randomly divided into two groups.200 cases were treated with rhinitis tablet as the study group while 80 cases were treated with ketotifen and prednisone as the control group.Observing the therapeutic effect after finishing treatment for one-month,half a year and on year respectively.Result:There was not obvious difference in two groups (P<0.05) after finishing treatment for one month.There was great difference in effective rate and total effective rate in two groups (P<0.05)after finishing treatment for half a year and one year.Conclusion:Rhinitis tablet has preferable therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis and it can reduce the recrudescent rate obviously.
