120例围产儿死亡分析

目的分析120例围产儿死亡原因，以改进围产期保健，提高产科质量。方法对我院1998年1月-2007年12月间围产儿死亡病例进行回顾性分析。结果期间围产儿总数为10861例，其中死亡120例，死亡率为11．05％。死亡120例中本院常规检查占46．7％（56／120），无常规围产保健或外院检查异常转入我院占53．3％（64／120），死胎48．3％（58／120），死产13．3％（16／120），新生儿死亡38．3％（46／120）；早产92例（76．7％），足月产28例（23．3％），先天畸形24．2％（29／120），另有22例体重大于1500g的无畸形新生儿死亡。结论早产、先天畸形、体重过大是围产儿死亡的主要原因；加强流动人口孕产妇的孕期保健，积极进行产前诊断是减少围产儿死亡的重要途径。

Retrospective analysis of 120 cases of perinatal death

Objective To investigate and evaluate the causes of perinatal death in the past 10 years in order to improve the quality of perinatal health care and reduce the perinatal mortality rate. Methods One hundred and twenty eases of perinatal death during January 1998 to December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 10 861 babies were delivered in our hospital during the past 10 years, including 120 perinatal deaths. The perinatal mortality rate was 11.05%0. The ratio of intrauterine death, stillbirth and neonatal death was 48.3% , 13.3% and 38.3% , respectively. Prematurity was the leading cause of perinatal death （76.7%） and 24.2% of the perinatal deaths were attributed to congenital anomalies. There were 22 eases of neonatal death with a birth weight of over 1 500g. Conclusion More attention should be paid to perinatal care of pregnant women, fetal heart monitoring and prenatal diagnosis. Treatment of preterm infants should be improved.
