| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医辨证思维结合西医诊疗规范治疗痹证的临床疗效。方法:对照组采用甲氨蝶呤,10mg/周,白芍总甙600mg,2次/d进行治疗.治疗组采用中医辨证分型联合甲氨蝶呤7.5mg/周治疗。结果:两组在改善症状及血沉,C反应蛋白方面均有较好的作用,无统计学意义,但治疗组甲氨蝶呤剂量为7.5mg/周,不良反应更少,减少患者的痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating RA. Methods: The control group was given methotrexate (10mg/week) plus TGP (600mg, two times a day) treatment; The treatment group was treated in TCM plus methotrexate (7.5mg/week). Results: The two groups in improving symptoms, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein had a good efficacy, differences were insignificant, but less adverse reactions for the treatment group, more is to reduce the suffering of patients. |
