| 摘 要： | 目的观察黄芪对冠心病患者血糖、胰岛素和血脂的影响。方法将 6 4例冠心病患者分为黄芪治疗组 (治疗组 )和常规治疗组 (对照组 )。黄芪治疗组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注黄芪注射液 4周 ,治疗前后测血糖、胰岛素和血脂。结果黄芪治疗组治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数有显著性差异 (1.81± 0 .6 4与 1.35± 0 .2 7,P <0 .0 1)。结论黄芪注射液可改善胰岛素抵抗 ,对防止有胰岛素抵抗因素在内的疾病有很大的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of asteagalus injection(AI) on blood glucose, insulin, and blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 64 CHD cases were randomly divided into the AI group and the control group treated conventionally. The AI group were given 4-week interavenous drip of AI on the basis of routine treatment. The changes of blood glucose , plasma insulin and blood lipid were measured before and after treatment. Results After AI treatment, insulin sensitivity index lowered(1.81+0.64 vs 1.35+0.27)(p<0.01). There was significant difference compared with control group after treatment(1.84+0.61 vs 1.35+0.27)(p<0.01). Conclusion AI can improve the insulin resistance in the patients with CHD and bears great clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of the diseases involved with insulin resistance. |
