由于头孢菌素类抗生素过敏反应临床前安全性评价的高阴性率与临床出现的较高的过敏反应,使其过敏反应的评价成为阐明这些药物临床前安全性的关键因素和重要内容。本文依据近年来国内、外相关文献资料,对头孢菌素类过敏反应的作用机制、临床前安全性评价常用的方法及过敏反应评价面临的挑战进行了综述,表明头孢菌素类抗生素临床前过敏反应安全性评价策略和具体的技术方法,仍需要在临床前药物安全性评价研究的实践中不断探索和发展。

Discussion on the Pre-clinical Safety Evaluation of the Allergic Reactions in the Cephalosporin Antibiotics

As the high negative rate in the pre-clinical resarch and the particular amounts of allergic reactions in clinical, the assessment of the allergic reactions has becoming the most important part in the pre-clinical safety research of the Cephalosporins. Based on the recent domestic and foreign literature/informations of Cephalosporins, this paper reviewed progress of the probable mechanisms and pre-clinical safety study methods on these allergic reactions. For the pre-clinical allergic evaluations of the Cephalosporins, both strategies and specific techniques are in need of further exploration and development in the practices of the future.
