| 摘 要： | 目的研究中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法60例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者经过彩超多普勒超声的无创诊断后,采用小剂量尿激酶等西药溶栓抗凝治疗结合活血化瘀、清热利湿中药治疗并评定效果。结果60例患者．临床治愈44例,显效11例,有效3例,无效2例,临床有效率为96．67％。结论中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity. METHODS Firstly sixty patients who have deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity were made noninvasive diagnosis by color doppler flow imaging. Secondly they were treated with the low-dose urokinase as anticoagulant therapy and with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to clear heat, drain dampness, and remove blood stasis.
