| 摘 要： | 目的：通过中药注射剂不良反应文献分析，系统了解既往中药注射剂不良反应发生情况，为临床安全、合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法：以1989～2008年68种中药注射剂不良反应报道的文献为调查对象，进行综合分析。结果：共查得文献1687篇，不良反应表现以过敏反应、心血管系统、呼吸系统为多；刺五加注射液、双黄连注射液、清开灵注射液不良反应较多。结论：中药注射剂的不良反应与性别、年龄、体质有关；具有普遍性、多样性、快速性等特征。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the occurrence of adverse reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine preparations to guide the safety administration and application. Method ：The literatures about 68 kinds of TCM injections were collected between 1989 and 2008. Result：In the 1687 pieces of literatures obtained, adverse injection reactions occurred more in anaphylaetic responses, cardiovascular system, and respiratory system. There were many adverse reactions in the injections of ciwujia, shuanghuanglian and qingkailin. Conclusion：The adverse reactions of TCM injections were related to sex, age and corporeity and characterized by their catholicity, diversity and suddenness. |
