肾炎康复片与贝那普利联合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

[目的]观察肾炎康复片与贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效和安全性。[方法] 90例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组患者接受肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗,对照组患者仅接受贝那普利治疗,两组患者治疗时间为6个月。在治疗的同时,对两组患者均进行常规治疗,包括:控制血糖、预防感染、饮食控制、适宜运动等。于治疗前、治疗3个月和治疗6个月后检测患者血肌酐(SCr)水平、尿微量白蛋白和尿肌酐水平,计算尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)和肾小球滤过率(eGFR)。[结果]治疗3个月和6个月后,研究组患者ACR、SCr和eGFR与治疗前相比,均具有统计学差异(P0.05)。治疗3个月和6个月后,研究组与对照组比较,也具有统计学差异(P0.05)。[结论]肾炎康复片联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病,能有效缓解糖尿病肾病患者疾病进展,值得临床上进行实践。

Clinical study on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with nephritis rehabilitation tablets and Benazepril

[Objective] To verify the efficacy and safety of nephritis rehabilition tablets and Benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.[Method] The 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the study group received nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with Benazepril. The control group received only Benazepril. The treatment time of the two groups was 6 months. At the same time of treatment,routine treatment was performed on both groups of patients,including:control of blood sugar,prevention of infection,diet control,and appropriate exercise. Serum creatinine (SCr) levels,urinary microalbumin and urinary creatinine levels were detected before treatment,3 months of treatment,and 6 months of treatment,urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) and glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) were calculated.[Results] After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,ACR,SCr and eGFR in the study group were statistically different (P<0.05). After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the study group also had statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions] Nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with Benazepril for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively alleviate the disease progression of diabetic nephropathy patients,which is worthy of clinical practice.
