2型糖尿病患者踝肱指数与心血管疾病危险因素的相关性分析

目的分析2型糖尿病患者踝肱指数（ABI）与心血管疾病（CVD）危险因素的关系。方法采用病例对照研究设计,将238名2型糖尿病患者分成ABI低值组（ABI〈0.9）和对照组（ABI〉0.9）,观察两组代谢指标的控制情况以及临床心血管疾病发病率,并分析ABI与CVD危险因素的关系。结果与对照组相比,ABI低值组血糖、血脂水平较高,高血压、CVD发病率较高（P〈0.05）;有吸烟史者在ABI低值组较多。结论 ABI降低与高血压、吸烟、CVD史、高血糖等心血管疾病危险因素具有相关性。

Correlation analysis of ankle brachial index and cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the relationship between ABI and CVD risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The 238 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into low ABI group（ABI0.9） and the control group（ABI0.9）.Metabolism indicators and the incidence of cardiovascular disease were observed,and the relationship between ABI and CVD risk factors were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,level of blood glucose and lipid in the low ABI group was higer,and incidence rate of hypertension and CVD was higher（P 0.05）.Patients with a history of smoking in the lower ABI was more than that in control group.Conclusion Low ABI is related with risk factors of cardiovascular disease which include hypertension,smoking,history of CVD and hyperglycemia.
