逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁间骨折

目的：探讨逆行交锁钉治疗股骨髁间骨折方法及疗效。方法：采用逆行交锁钉治疗股骨髁间骨折34例,其中＂T＂或＂Y＂型骨折共21例,粉碎性骨折13例,进行临床随访,评定疗效。结果：34例经8~24个月（平均14个月）随访,无近晚期并发症,骨折愈合时间4~7个月,平均愈合时间5个月,术后功能优良率达91.18%。结论：股骨髁逆行交锁钉具有操作简单,固定牢固,锁定准确等优点,有较好的临床应用价值。

THE TREATMENT OF FEMORAL INTRACONDYLAR FRACTURE WITH INTRAMEDULLARY SUPRACONDYLAR NAIL

Objective：To study the use of intramedullary supracondylar nail（IMSC）in the treatment of femoral intracondyar fracture.Methods：34 cases of fresh femoral intracondylar fractures,including 21＂T＂or＂Y＂ shape fratures and 13 comminuted tractures,were treated with IMSC nail.All of the cases were followed-up and evaluated.Results：34 cases were followed-up for 8-24 months（mean 14months）,none had early or late compli-cations,and the results were good.The excellent rate was 91.18% and all fractures united in 4 to 7 months（mean 5 months）.Conclusion：The use of IMSC nail in this group has the advantages of simple performance and solid fixation;therefore,it is an effective therapy for femoral intracondylar fracture.
