中西医结合治疗胃溃疡80例疗效观察

目的探讨自拟中药汤剂对胃溃疡的治疗作用。方法将120例胃溃疡随机分为两组，对照组40例，采用雷尼替丁、达喜联合吗叮啉治疗；治疗组80例，在达喜咀嚼片基础上配合中医辨证治疗。3月后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93．75％，对照组为77．5％，两组临床治愈率和总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗胃溃疡具协同作用。

Observation on therapeutic effect of 80 cases gastric ulcer treated with integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To probe role of treatment for gastric ulcer with self draft decoction of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Method 120 cases suffered with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases were in control group, ranitidine, talcid and motilium were used for treatment; 80 cases were in treatment group and treated with talcid for chewing and combined with TCM planning treatment according to diagnosis, after 3 months, the effectiveness were observed. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 93, 75% and 77.5% in control group, comparison of clinical cure rate in the 2 groups were different with statistical meaning （P〈0. 05）, Conclusion There are synergistic effect of TCM combined with western medicine used for grastic ulcer.
