益气活血化痰平喘汤联合西医治疗慢性阻塞性肺病随机对照临床研究

目的]观察益气活血化痰平喘汤联合西医治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效。方法]选取在我院就诊的60例慢性阻塞性肺病患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上给予辨证使用中药治疗。治疗1个疗程后判定疗效。结果]慢性阻塞性肺病在临床症状、体征及胸部X线检查的改善方面,治疗组的显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]益气活血化痰平喘汤联合西医治疗慢性阻塞性肺病具有良好的临床疗效。

Benefiting qi for Activating Blood Circulation and Resolving Sputum and Relieving Asthma Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease a Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective] To observe the effect of Yiqi-Huoxue expectorant and antiasthmatic decoction combined with western medicine in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical curative effect.Methods] Selected in our hospital 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine,in the treatment group and routine western medicine treatment was given based on syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of use.After a course of treatment the curative effect.Results] In chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical symptoms,signs and chest X-ray examination improvement aspect,treatment group's effective rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion] Expectorant and antiasthmatic decoction combined with western medicine for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with good clinical curative effect.
