紫杉醇联合奈达铂巩固化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效观察

目的:对比观察紫杉醇联合奈达铂巩固化疗治疗与同步放化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法:将我院2009-2011年收治的52例中晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分成同步放化疗联合巩固化疗组26例和单纯同步放化疗组26例,比较两组近期疗效和不良反应。结果:巩固化疗组近期有效率92.3%,同步放化疗组有效率73.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应经积极处理后能够耐受。结论:同步放化疗联合巩固化疗可显著提高晚期宫颈癌患者的近期疗效,不良反应并无明显增加。

Consolidation Chemotherapy with Paclitaxel and Nedaplatin Followed by Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in Locally Advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Uterine Cervix

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of consolidation with paclitaxel and nedaplatin and concurrent chemoradiotherapy for patients with madvanced stage uterine cervical cancer.Methods:52 patients with advanced stage uterine cervical cancer were randomized into concurrent chemoradiotherapy with nedaplatin group(n=26)and consolidation chemoradiotherapy with paclitaxel and nedaplatin group(n=26).The short-term effect and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:The short-term efficiency between the concurrent chemoradiotherapy with nedaplatin group(73.1%)and the consolidation chemoradiotherapy with paclitaxel and nedaplatin group(92.3%)was significantly different(P<0.05).The adverse reactions between two groups were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The adverse reaction can be toleranced.Conclusion:Paclitaxel and nedaplatin followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy can improve the short-term effect of patients with middle-advanced stage uterine cervical cancer.The adverse reaction was not obvious increase.
