| 摘 要： | 目的 观察同种异体骨板移植修复髋关节翻修术中股骨骨缺损的临床效果,评价同种异体骨板在人工髋关节翻修术中的应用价值.方法 分析2006年1月～2011年6月共计38例全髋关节翻修病例,其中25例股骨骨缺损患者行同种异体骨板移植修复股骨缺损,随访时间8～24个月.结果 25例同种异体骨板移植修复股骨缺损患者均临床愈合.结论 同种异体骨板修复髋关节翻修股骨骨缺损疗效可靠.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 To observe clinical effect of allogeneic bone plate graft for repair femur defect in hip revision and evaluate the value of allogeneic bone plate in the hip arthroplasty.【Methods】 38 patients who have underwent the operation of revision total hip arthroplasty from January 2006 to June 2011,25 cases of which had repaired the defect of femur by the transplantation of allogeneic bone plate.The Follow-up time was 8 to 24 months.【Results】 The 25 cases described above have healed.【Conclusion】 The efficacy of repairing the defect of femur by the plate of allogeneic bone is reliable. |
