| Abstract: | To setup an initiative complex assessment system(CAS) by retrospectively analyzing a variety of physiological and clinical indicators of 308 cases.to establish an initiative CAS revealing the severity and prognosis of the disease.Both our CAS and APACHE system were satisfying tools to assess the severity and prognosis in the early stage of the disease. |
