| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对于不同类型的阑尾炎病人行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的手术处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院2005年10月-2006年4月行腹腔镜阑尾切除术112例的临床资料。结果本组除中转开腹4例外，余均顺利切除阑尾。本组平均手术时间为31min。术后发生并发症2例。无远期并发症发生。结论对于不同类型的阑尾炎病人应有针对性的选择腹腔镜手术操作方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)different circumstances,the surgical treatment of a few.Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital from October 2005 to April 2006 laparoscopic appendectomy the clinical data.Results 112 cases,the conversion to open four cases,Ms smoothly with appendectomy.The average operative time was 31 min.Postoperative complications occurred in 2 patients.No long-term complications.Conclusion The different types of patients with appendicitis,targeted laparoscopic surgery choose the manner of operation. |
