颜氏益心方对急性冠脉综合征介入治疗术后的临床观察

目的:评价颜德馨教授益心方对急性冠脉综合征介入治疗术后的干预效果。方法:采用随机对照方法,将符合研究条件的患者分为颜氏益心方组(试验组)和复方丹参滴丸组(对照组),对照组(36例)予以口服复方丹参滴丸,试验组(36例)则口服益心方。应用中医证候计分,同时检测血脂、血液流变学等指标水平变化进行评价益心方的干预效果。结果:干预后2组中医证候计分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组较对照组干预效果更明显(P<0.05);试验组TC、HDL治疗前、后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组比较,TC、HDL及TCPHDL三项指标有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。试验组高、低两个切速的全血黏度均较治疗前明显降低,治疗后与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。试验组对血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原均有显著的改善作用,与治疗前比较均有差异性(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中降低纤维蛋白原显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益心方可以改善临床症状,延缓再狭窄进展。

Clinical Observation of Yan's Yixin Fang on Patients of Acute Coronary Syndrome Intervention Introtechnics

Objective: To study the effect on recanalization by Yan’ s Yixin Fang in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome patients who have undergone coronary catheterization treatment.Methods: Using the randomized paired study, those qualified patients were divided into two groups: 36 cases in the test group had been taking Yan’ s Yixin Fang. While the other 36 cases in control group had been taking Fufang Danshen Diwan. This study had used Chinese traditional signs and examined the changes in the serum lipid, blood dynamic study in order to evaluate the effect of treatment of Yan's Yixin Fang.Results: There was a statistically significant difference in comparing the Chinese traditional signs and symptoms scoring system (P<0.05). The treatment effect of the test group was more prominent than the control group (P<0.05). In the test group, the serum total cholesterol (TC) and HDL level had statistically difference before and after treatment. In addition, there were also significant differences in TG, HDL & TC/HDL level (P<0.05, P<0.01 respectively) in comparing the test and the control group after treatment. Also, in the test group, the high and low level of blood viscosity were significantly decreased as compared to those data before treatment. It had also significant difference when compared with the control group in after treatment. Furthermore, the blood viscosity, ESR and the collagen protein had all significantly improved in the test group. There were significant differences when compared with the pretreatment data (P<0.01, P< 0.05 respectively). The lowering of collagen protein was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Yan’ s Yixin can improve the clinical signs and symptoms as well as provide a better living quality to the patient. It can slow down the process of restenosis.
