司帕沙星治疗淋病的临床研究

目的 对比观察司帕沙星及大观霉素治疗淋病的效果。方法 选择临床表现及实验室检查确诊为淋病的117例患者,随机分为司帕沙星组及大观霉素组（对照组）,观察临床症状消除情况、淋球菌清除率、非淋菌性尿道炎的伴发比例等。结果 两组治疗结束时淋球菌清除率分别为98.4%、90.9%;在治疗结束时、治疗结束后10天,两组的临床有效率分别为93.5%、89.1%及93.5%、72.7%;两组非淋菌性尿道炎的发病率分别为4.8%、18.2%和4.8%、27.3%。结论 司帕沙星对淋病更有效,且可以同时治疗非淋菌性尿道炎及预防其发生。

Clinical evaluation of sparfloxacin in the treatment of gonorrhea

Objective To comparatively observe the therapeutic effects of sparfloxacin or spectinomycin in the treatment of gonorrhea. Methods 117 cases of gonorrhea diagnosed by clinical manifestations or laboratory test were randomly divided into sparfloxacin treated group and spectinomycin treated group (control group). The symptoms, bacteriology and the attack rate of nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) were observed in 117 cases of gonorrhea. Results The clearance for gonococcus at the end of treatment in the sparfloxacin treated group and spectinomycin treated group was 98.4% and 90.9% , respectively. The clinically effective rate at the end of treatment and 10 days after treatment in the sparfloxacin treated group and spectinomycin treated group was 93.5% and 89.1% , and 93.5% and 72.7% , respectively. The incidence of nongonococcal urethritis in the sparfloxacin treated group and spectinomycin treated group was 4.8% and 27.3% , respectively. Conclusion Sparfloxacin was more effective on gonorrhea and could treat and prevent nongonococcal urethritis at the same time.
