| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同的Raji细胞激活方法，以选择最佳EB病毒早期抗原激活途径。方法：采用正丁酸加巴豆油和5’碘脱氧尿嘧啶核苷两种不同的方法，分别对Raji细胞进行激活，通过免疫酶法检测．根据其阳性细胞表达及血清抗体几何平均滴度，比较两种方法的优劣。结果：正丁酸加巴豆油方法阳性细胞表达百分率及抗体几何平均滴度明显高于5’碘脱氧尿嘧啶核苷方法。结论：正丁酸加巴豆油方法优于5’碘脱氧尿嘧啶核苷方法，是目前Raji细胞激活较为理想的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare different activated methods of Raji cell to choose best early stage activated way of EB virus Methods:Appling n Butryric acid and oil Badou(method A) and 5' Iodo 2 deoxyuridine (method B),Raji cell were activated.Their serum antibody were detected by immunosorbent enzyme assays.The expression of positive cell and geometric mean (GMT) between two methods were compared Results:The expression of positive cell and GMT in methold A was higher than that in method B Conclusion:n Butryric acid and oil Badou is saperior to 5' Iodo 2 deoxyuridine to activate Raji cell |
