温肺化瘀定喘法治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的研究

目的探讨温肺化瘀定喘法治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法入选毛细支气管炎患儿57例,以随机数字表随机分为实验组30例和对照组27例,实验组以温肺化瘀定喘汤加基础治疗,对照组以盐酸丙卡特罗口服液加基础治疗,疗程7天。对两组治疗前后的气促、咳嗽、痰阻症状进行对比,同时对肺部听诊进行比较研究。对两组主症终点积分进行总比较分析。结果治疗后,实验组与对照组咳嗽症状评分具有显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组与对照组发热、气促、痰阻、肺部听诊症状评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论温肺化瘀定喘法治疗小儿毛细支气管炎与西药常规疗法疗效相当;在改善小儿毛细支气管炎咳嗽症状上温肺化瘀定喘法明显优于西药常规疗法。

Study on effect of warming lung,dissolving blood stasis and relieving asthma in infantile patients with capillary bronchitis

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the method of warming lung,dissolving blood stasis and relieving asthmatic symptoms in treatment of infantile patients with capillary bronchitis.Methods A total of 57 infantile patients were assigned into two groups by random number table method,30 and 27 cases in study group and control group respectively.Patients in study group were treated by herbal decoction of warming lung,dissolving blood stasis and relieving asthmatic symptoms and basic western medicine treatment,and patients in control group were treated by oral liquid of procaterol hydrochloride and basic western medicine.All treatment courses were administered for 7 days.The difference in changes of symptoms of short breath,coughing,stagnation of phlegm and lung auscultation before and after treatment in both groups was significant.The integration of primary symptoms in both groups had been compared and analyzed.Results There was significant statistical difference in scores of coughing symptoms after treatment between these two groups（P 0.01）.There was no significant statistical difference in improvement of short breath,stagnation of phlegm and lung auscultation scores after treatment between these 2 groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The method of warming lung,dissolving blood stasis and relieving asthmatic symptoms in Chinese traditional medicine has the same efficacy as basic western medicine in treatment of infantile patients with capillary bronchitis,but it has better efficacy in improving symptoms of patients.
