小切口非超声乳化术治疗白内障临床分析

目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法对2010年3月至2012年4月就诊的284例(286眼)白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,对术后1周、1个月、3个月随访时的视力、术后并发症进行总结分析。结果术后第1天视力0.5以上者175眼(61.19%),角膜水肿42眼(14.69%);术后1周视力0.5以上210眼(73.42%),角膜水肿2眼(0.70%);术后1个月视力0.5以上者214眼(74.83%),角膜水肿0眼(0%)。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术术后屈光稳定较早,视功能恢复较快,并发症少又不需要昂贵的医疗设备,尤其适合于基层医院广泛开展。

Clinical analysis of small incision non phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract

Methods From March 2010 to April 2012, 284 patients （286 eyes） un- derwent small incision non phacoemulsification and extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation, the eyesight and postoperative complications were analyzed at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months＇ followed-up. Results On the first postoperative day, there were 175 eyes （61.19%） with eyesight above 0. 5, 42 eyes with corneal edema （ 14. 69% ） ; One week after operation, there were 210 eyes （73.42%） with eyesight above 0. 5, 2 eyes with corneal edema （0. 70% ） ; And 1 month postoperative, there were 214 eyes （74. 83% ） with eyesight above 0. 5, no corneal edema （0%）. Conclusion Small incision non phacoemulsification and extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cata- ract, has a ealy stability of refractive postoperative, quick visual recovery less, complications and don＇ t need the expensive med- ical equipment, especially suitable for primary hospital.
