头孢拉定治疗感染性疾病100例

本文报道头孢拉定治疗各种感染100例,其中呼吸道感染57例,消化道感染23例及泌尿道感染20例。剂量为静滴2q,bid或口服胶囊0.5,qid,疗程平均8±SD4d。其显效率分别为42％(24/57),26％(6/23)及50％(10/20);总有效率为88％。给药1-3d临床症状如发热、尿道刺激和腹痛明显消减,呼吸道症状也随体温下降而缓解。头孢拉定对大肠杆菌、克雷白杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌所致的感染疗效较佳,对绿脓杆菌感染无效。副反应率为15％,以恶心、呕吐为多见。

Cefradine in controlling various infections in 100 patients

One hundred patients of various infections,including respiratory tract 57, gastro-intestinal tract 23 and urinary tract 20, were treated with intravenous infusion of cefradine 2 g bid or po 0.5 capsule qid for average of 8± SD 4 d. Immediate complete cure occurred in 24(42%), 6(26% )and 10(50% )respectively; effectiveness in 51(89%),20(87% )and 17(85% )respectively; while therapeutical pro--mise 88(88%) as a whole.Clinical symptoms such as fever, urinary irritation and abdominal pain disappeared as a rule within 1-3 days. Respiratory syndrome were relieved as soon as the fever subsided. It is confirmed that cefradine is quite effective against E. coli, Klebsiella and Staphylococcus aureus, but is not effective against P. aeruginosa. Adverse reactions, such as nausea and vomiting, were seen in 15% of the patients.
