| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相法测定复方菝葜颗粒中落新妇苷含量的测定方法。方法：采用Waters SymmetryC18（150×4.6mm,5μm）为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.3%冰醋酸（32∶68）,流速为1.0m L/min;检测波长为291nm。结果：落新妇苷的线性范围为0.12~1.2μg,平均回收率为98.19%,RSD为0.82%。结论：所建立方法操作简便、准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于复方菝葜颗粒中落新妇苷的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determining the content of astilbin in Baqia granules by high-performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）. HPLC was performed on a Waters Symmetry C18column（ 150 ×4. 6mm,5μm） with a mobile phase of methanol-0. 3% glacial acetic acid（ 32∶ 68） at a flow rate of 1. 0ml / min and a detection wavelength of 291 nm. Results： A linear relationship was found within an astilbin content range of0. 12-1. 2μg. The average recovery rate was 98. 19%,and the relative standard deviation was0. 82%. Conclusion： This HPLC method is simple,accurate,reliable,and repeatable and can be used for the determination of astilbin in compound Baqia granules. |
