| 摘 要： | 目的建立通络止痛贴剂中胡椒碱含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱：AkasiL-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-质量分数0.1%磷酸溶液（体积比40∶60）;检测波长：343nm;柱温：30℃;流速：1.0mL/min。结果胡椒碱在0.0100～0.3012μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.62%,RSD=1.34%。结论测定方法操作简便、准确,可用于控制通络止痛贴剂中胡椒碱的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a determination method for piperine in Tongluo Zhitong patch. Methods Reverse-phase HPLC with Akasil-C18 column was applied. The chromatographic conditions were as follows：acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （40：60）with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,UV detection wavelength at 343 nm,and column temperature at 30 ℃. Results The linear range of piperine was 0.010 0-0.301 2 μg（r=0.999 9） with the average recovery of 100.62% （RSD=1.34 %）. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of piperine in Tongluo Zhitong patch. |
