南昌市城区蟑螂种群及地区分布的调查研究

目的：通过调查掌握本市蟑螂的种群数量、地区分布与季节消长，为防治工作奠定基础。方法：设立21个调查点，用药激法检查蟑螂密度，按《蜚蠊鉴别诊断》进行分类统计。结果：全市的蟑螂种类为2科2属3种，德国小蠊的比例增多，宾馆和车站的侵害率为68．57％和87.68％；黑胸大蠊在居民住宅高达87．39％；美洲大蠊在食品加工行业和医院占92．33％和97．80％，本市蟑螂的活动高峰在6～9月。结论：调查结果为本市开展创国家卫生城市和对蟑螂防治工作提供了科学依据。

Investigation on population species and regional distribution of cockroaches in Nanchang city

Objective:To obtain the population species amount, regional distribution and seasonal cycle varying information of cockroaches in Nanchang Methods:Investigation,permethrin alcohol solution stimulus method and diagnosis Results:The cockroaches investigated belonged to 3 species, 2 genera, 2 families. The rate of Blattella germanica increased, their infestation rates in hotels and stations were 68.57% and 87.68% respectively. The infestation rate of Periplaneta fuliginosa in residential area was up to 87.39%. The infestation rate of P. Americana in food factories and hospitals were up to 92.33% and 97.80% respectively. Their active peak appeared from June to September.Conclusion: The results of the investigation supply the scientific basis for cockroach control
