摘    要:目的应用免疫组化方法检测原发性肝癌组织中PI3K和ERK2的表达,并探讨其在肝癌发生发展过程中临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法,检测50例肝癌、15例非癌肝组织中的PI3K和ERK2表达情况。结果ERK2、PI3K阳性表达率在肝癌组织明显高于非癌肝组织,与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤组织分化程度、病理分型、AFP值、肝硬化、肝内转移、癌栓、大体形态、肿块最大径等临床病理特征参数没有相关性。但在高分化肝癌中,两者的表达评分有相关性。结论ERK和PI3K途径在肝癌发生过程中均存在异常且两者可能存在某种协调关系。

Abstract:Objective To determine the expression of phosphoinositide 3 - kinase (PI3K) protein and extracellular signal regulated kinase 2 ( ERK2 ) in tissues of human primary hepatocarcinoma tissues and explore the clinical and pathological significance. Methods The level of ERK2 and PI3K protein expressed in 50 samples of human primary hepatocarcinoma tissues, 15 samples of non - cancer liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of ERK2 and PI3K protein expressied in malignant tumor were significantly higher than that of the benign tissues. No correlation was found between the expression of ERK2 and PL3K protein and the clinicopathological features of hepatocarcinoma. There was a positive correlation between the expression of ERK2 and PI3K in high differentiation hepatocarcinoma. Conclusion The results indicate that both pathways of ERK2 and PI3K are involved in primary hepatocarcinoma and may imply coordina- tion between the two pathways in liver oncogenesis.
