| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月至2015年5月我院妇产科收治的120例患者。将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60人。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施以人为本理念为基础的护理。观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者接受护理后焦虑缓解情况明显好于对照组；观察组患者对治疗环境、护理工作与情感满意度均明显高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：将以人为本理念运用在妇产科护理管理中，能够提高护理效率，改善患者心理状态，提升患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application effect of people - oriented concept in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. Methods:120cases from January2014 ~ 2015years from May in our hospital patients. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group to implement the people - oriented based on the con-cept. The nursing effect of two groups were observed. Results:the patients in the observation group received nursing anxiety was significantly better than the con-trol group;the observation group of patients on treatment environment,nursing work and emotional satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group(P< 0. 05). Conclusions:the people - oriented principle Read the application in gynecology and obstetrics nursing management,can improve the efficiency of care, improve the psychological status of patients,improve patient satisfaction. |
