先天性耳前瘘管合并感染手术切除197例

目的探讨先天性耳前瘘管合并感染的临床特点及手术时机的选择。方法回顾性分析197例先天性耳前瘘管合并感染患者的临床资料,85例在感染控制期接受手术,112例在感染期进行手术治疗,术后随访1-2年。结果感染控制期行瘘管切除手术85例,复发1例,手术治愈率为98.8%。感染期行瘘管切除手术112例,有2例复发,感染期手术治愈率为98.2%,在感染期和感染控制期接受手术其疗效差异无显著性。结论耳前瘘管感染期进行手术切除是有效、可行的治疗方法。

Clinical Analysis on 197 Cases Operational Resection of Congenital Preauricular Fistula With Infection

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of congenial preauricular fistula complicated with infection and to select the opportune moment of surgical operation. Method A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 197 cases.85 cases were conducted the surgical operation during under-control infection period and 112 cases were conducted operation during infection period.A 1～2 years＇ follow-up survey was made after operation. Result Among 85 cases conducted operation during under-control infection period,one case recurred and cure rate was 98.8%.Among 112 cases conducted operation during infection period,two cases recurred and cure rate was 98.2%.There was no significant difference in curative effect between the operation conducted during undercontrol infection period and during infection period. Conclusion It is effective and feasible that the operational resection was carried out for congenital preauricular fistula during infection period,which could shorten the course of disease,relieve the suffering of patients,reduce the time of treatment and save large amount of medical cost.
