急性胰腺炎诱发当时胰、胆、胃、肠功能的变化及厚朴茵陈蒿汤的影响

急性胰腺炎极早期时胰、胆、胃、肠功能的变化尚少研究。本实验向大鼠胰管内注入2.5％去氧胆酸钠造成急性胰腺炎模型,注入后立即观察胰液分泌量及胰液淀粉酶含量,胆汁分泌量及胆汁中胆汁酸和NCO_3~-含量,胃酸分泌及胃窦峰电等。实验分三组进行:胰腺炎喂盐水组、胰腺炎喂厚朴茵陈蒿汤组及对照组。结果表明:急性胰腺炎极早期胰液、胆汁分泌及胃肠运动即迅速转向抑制,但胃酸分泌增加,这种变化可能就是临床出现胃肠内容停滞,消化功能障碍的病理基础之一,而厚朴茵陈蒿汤似有改善的作用。

THE EFFECT OF "HOUPU-YINCHEN TANG" ONTHE CHANGES OF PANCREATIC, BILIARY ANDGASTROINTESTINAL FUNCTION AT THE UTMOST EARLY STAGE OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS

The change of pancreatic, biliary, gastric and intestinal functionsduring the utmost early stage of acute pancreatitis is less understoodyet. The purpose of present work was to observe the secretory ofpancreatic, biliary and gastric juice including the volume and theircontents such as amylase, bile acid, HCO_3~-, free acid respectively, andalso to observe the spike potential of pyloric antrum immediatly afterinjected 2.5% DCA into the pancreatic duct to induce a model of acutepancreatitis. The study included 3 parts: to observe the changes ofpancreatitis induced with DCA and treated with saline or with herb, and intraduct injected saline as control. It was demonstrated that thesecretory of pancreatic juice and bile volume and the motility ofgastrointestine were inhibited rapidly at the utmost early stage of acutepancreatitis, but the secretion of gastric acid increased significantly.It seems that these functional changes might be the pathologicfoundation of the stasis of gastrointestinal contents and the disorder ofdigestive function in clinical syndrome. It also demonstrated that thesedisfunctions would be improved with herb treatment.
