静脉输液治疗专科护士规范化培训模式的研究

目的探索静脉输液治疗专科护士培训模式，为提高培训静脉输液治疗专科护士质量提供参考建议。方法采用规范化的培训模式对参加静脉输液治疗专科护士培训的学员进行培训，培训前、后采用问卷调查法，对其进行调查，收集相关资料，并对资料进行分析。结果经过静脉输液治疗专科培训护士的理论考核、留置针操作考核及PICC操作考核分别取得了（95．40±3．406）分，（96．20±2．891）分，（94．83±3．563）分的成绩，相对于培训前的（56．30±10．034）分，（85．52±7．342）分，（56．88±8．926）分，均有提高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t分别为12．68，33．87，23．35；P〈0．05）均获得了四川省卫生厅颁发的静疗专科护士合格证书。结论静脉输液治疗专科护士规范化培训效果好，值得在全国推广。

Standardization training model of intravenous therapy nurse specialist

Objective To explore the training model of intravenous therapy nurse specialist and provide reference for promoting intravenous therapy nurse specialist service quality. Methods Intravenous therapy nurse specialists were training by standardization training model. Questionnaire was used for survey before and after training. Material was collected and data was analyzed. Results After training, theory assessment, catheter manipulation examination and peripherally inserted central catheter examination were （95.40 ±3. 406）, （96.20 ±2.891 ） and （94.83 ± 3. 563 ）, respectively; After training, those scores were （56.30 ± 10. 034 ）, （85.52 ± 7.342） and （56. 88 ± 8. 926） ; there were significantly different （ t = 12.68, 33.87,23.35, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ） ; All the subjects obtained the qualified certification. Conclusions Effect of standardization training model of intravenous therapy nurse specialist was well and worthy for application.
