产科开展优质护理服务示范工程的实践与体会

目的介绍产科开展优质护理服务示范工程的实践与体会，以期为患者提供更优质的护理服务。方法2010年5～12月开展优质护理服务，通过加强护士培训教育，转变护理理念、建章立制，改革排班、护理流程等，为患者提供安全、专业、全程的优质护理服务，与2009年同期相比，比较开展优质护理服务前后产科护理质量综合考评结果及患者满意度。结果产科实施优质护理服务后，患者满意度由（43．50±4．50）分提高至（49．25±0．86）分，护理质量综合考评总分由（45．43±3．75）分提高至（48．89±2．17）分，差异均有统计学意义（t分别为6．874，4．374；P〈0．01）。结论产科实施优质护理服务，增强了护理人员的主动服务和创新意识，夯实了基础护理，满足了孕产妇生理、心理和社会等方面的需求，提供了安全、优质、满意的护理服务。

Practice and experience of implementing model projects for excellent nursing service in maternity department

Objective To introduce the practice and experience of implementing model projects for excellent nursing service in maternity department and provide superior nursing service to the patients. Methods Model projects for excellent nursing service were implemented from May to December 2010. By improving the training process, converting the nursing philosophy, making rules and changing nursing proccess etc. , safe, professional and comprehensive nursing services were provided to the patients. The general nursing quality and patient satisfaction rate was compared to that in the corresponding period of 2009. Results After implementing model projects for excellent nursing service in maternity department, patient satisfaction rate rose from （ 43.50 ± 4.50） points to （49.25 ±0.86 ） points and general nursing quality rose from （ 45.43± 3.75 ） points to （48.89 ± 2.17 ） points. The differences were statistically significant （t = 6. 874, 4.374, respectively; P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Model projects for excellent nursing service in maternity department promoted active service and innovative ideology of nurses, enhanced basic nursing, met the physiological, psychological and social needs of pregnant women and provided safe, superior and satisfactory nursing service.
