| 摘 要： | 目的：随着社会的老龄化，老年人社区获得性肺炎（CAP）是老年人呼吸系统常见病及多发病，探讨本病的临床特点，提高诊疗水平。方法：总结分析了我院ICU收治的73例老年人社区获得性肺炎临床发病特点、细菌学资料。结果：老年人CAP起病常隐匿、缺乏特异性症状和体征，部分患者以其他系统症状为首发；老年人CAP最常见致病菌以革兰阴性菌为主；治愈43例（58。90％）；好转10例（13．7％）’总有效率为72，6％；死亡20例（27．40％）。结论：老年人社区获得性肺炎（CAP）临床表现不典型，发病率高，死亡率高，致病菌以革兰阴性菌最常见，因此，对老年人CAP患者应高度重视、及早进行综合性治疗才能提高治愈率、降低病死率。 |
