腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术的临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术的效果及安全性。方法取2006年1月至2008年6月间本院经腹腔镜下行卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术77例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与同期传统开腹行卵巢囊肿剥除术的60例卵巢良性肿瘤进行比较。结果腹腔镜组与传统开腹组的手术时间无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但平均出血量,术后下床时间,住院天数,术后病率及术后白细胞（WBC）计数升幅均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论腹腔镜下行卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术较安全,出血少,恢复快,对机体内环境干扰少。

Clinical analysis of excision of ovarian benign tumor by laparoscopy HE

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of excision of ovarian benign tumor. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 77 cases with excision of ovarian benign tumor by laparoscopy from Jan, 2006 to Jun, 2008 in our hospital, compared with the laparotomy group with 60 patients in the same period. Results There was no significant difference in the time of operations between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but the average amount of bleeding, after bed time, time of hospitalization, postoperative morbidity and postoperative white blood cell count increases were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Excision of ovarian benign tumors by laparoscopy is safe and has advantage of less bleeding,fast recovery,less environmental interference.
