老年慢性肺心病患者免疫功能的动态观察

本文对２５例老年肺心病患的免疫指标检测结果表明，与健康老年人相比，发作期患者ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８均显著低下。提示动态观指标对判断临床状态及为患者提供免疫提供治疗有一定的价值。

Dynamic observations of immunological function in elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale

We determined immunological indices in 25 elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale.The results,comparing with 20 healthy old people,showed that during the exacerbation stage:(1)the counts of CD3 ,CD4 and CD8 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased remarkably (P<0.01/0. 05);(2) the perentage of RBC-C3bRR was significantly lower,while those of RBC-ICR and the level of sIL-2R were significantly higher (P<0. 01);(3) the humoral immunological indices,IgG,IgA,IgM and CIC levels,increased notably,while C3 decreased notably (PM0.01);(4)there was a significant positive correlation between CD4/CD8 ratio and RBC-C3bRR as well as C3 level, but there was a significant negative correlation between CD4/CD8 ratio and CIC level. During the remission stage after treatment,all the abovementioned indices changed significantly to their corresponding opposites.This indicated that the present observation had some value in the clinical judgement and immune treatment for the diseases.
