硫辛酸胶囊治疗中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病的疗效初步观察

目的观察硫辛酸胶囊治疗缓解期多发性硬化(MS)及视神经脊髓炎(NMO)的临床疗效。方法2012年7月至2013年10月就诊于我院的符合MS与NMO诊断标准的16例缓前期患者,按患者病程长短分为1年、1年以上两组,均给予口服硫辛酸胶囊0.6·d-1治疗,于患者治疗前和治疗后1个月及3个月分别采用扩充神经功能残疾量表(EDSS)方法评价患者日常生活能力。结果硫辛酸胶囊治疗后,两组患者治疗前后EDSS评分比较,p<0.05;并且短病程组患者的EDSS评分改善显著好于长病程组,两组间比较,p<0.05虽然两组患者口服3个月比口服1个月时的EDSS评分仍有改善,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论硫辛酸胶囊可显著降低患者神经功能残疾程度,并且越早服用硫辛酸治疗效果越好;随着服用时间延长,其益处可能更加明显。该药物副反应轻微,效果良好,为中枢神经脱髓鞘病缓解期的治疗提供了一种新的选择。

The therapeutical fefect of lipoic acid capsules for patients wi th demyelinating disease of central nervous system

Objective TO observe the clinical effects of lipoic acid capsules for remission patients with multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis opticaM.ethods Sixteen patients according to diagnostic criteria were treated between July 2012 to October2013 in our hospital ,and divided into two groups according to the courses of disease -1 year and1year over , the both group patients were given lipoic acid capsule with 0.6g.d -1.The patients before treatment and one month 、three months after treatment were evaluated with adopt expansion of expanded disability status scale（EDSS） method to evaluate patients＇daily life ability.Results After take the lipoic acid treatment, the EDSS score of the two groups of patients have significant reduced;And the short course group of patients with EDSS score reduced obviously better than the long course of group , there are distinct differences between the two groups （p0.05）.Conclusion Oral lipoic acid capsule can significantly reduce the degree of neural function disability in patients , and the earlier taking lipoic acid treatment, the better treatment results; And with taking the time longer , the benefits may be more apparent ;The drug with slightly side effects and good effect ,maybe an efficiently drug for remission of demyelinating diseases .
