Evaluation of clinical result of implant restoration include osseointegration and esthetic result.Nowadays,with establishment of the esthetic implant principles and matureness of techniques,development of implantology was into a new period.Based on the clinical experience and papers,the definition,evaluation and risk factors were introduced briefly and clinical procedure of esthetic implant was recommended through case reports.It will provide help for the doctors about clinical treatment.
