摘    要:本文通过对在全舍饲和半舍饲(放牧+补饲)两种饲养条件下驴乳的化学成分进行分析比较,得出以下结论:脂肪、乳糖和全乳固体含量无显著差异(P>0.05),蛋白、灰分和非脂乳固体含量有极显著差异(P<0.01);日粮结构和营养水平是造成两种饲养条件下驴乳化学成分差异的主要原因。

Abstract:This study analyzed the composition of chemical composition in donkey milk under barn feeding and half barn feeding(grazing + supplementary feeding),the results showed that: there was no significant difference between fat,lactose and total solids(P>0.05);but the difference among protein,ash and SNF was highly significant(P <0.01);so we could conclude that diet composition and nutrition level were the main factors influencing the difference of chemical composition in Donkey Milk in two different feeding conditions.
