2型糖尿病患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白的表达特性

摘    要:目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者血清超敏C -反应蛋白 (hs-CRP)的表达特性。方法 利用胶乳增强免疫比浊法定量检测健康对照组 10 0例、2型糖尿病患者 130例 (其中糖尿病无大血管并发症 75例 ,有大血管并发症 5 5例 )的血清hs -CRP和脂蛋白 (a) (Lp(a) ) ,酶法检测总胆固醇TC ,高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL -C、LDL -C)。结果 ①hs-CRP在健康对照组为 (0 . 78± 0 .5 5 )mg/L ,糖尿病无大血管病变组为 (3 .0 5±1 .2 1)mg/L ,糖尿病并发大血管病变组为 (4 6 5± 1 .0 3)mg/L ,与健康对照组比较不论有无大血管并发症差异均有显著性差异 (P <0. 0 0 1)。②糖尿病并发大血管病变组总胆固醇、LDL -C和Lp(a)比健康对照组均明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;其总胆固醇、LDL -C、Lp(a)和hs-CRP浓度与糖尿病无大血管病变组之间的差异也有显著意义 (P <0 . 0 1)。结论 hs -CRP对糖尿病患者发生大血管意外预测和预防具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To discuss on the expression charact eristics of serum hypersensitivity C-reaction protein (hs-CRP) in patients with type 2 Diabetes. Methods (DM). Method The serum levels of hs-C RP and Lp(a) were quantitatively determined by the latex enhanced immunoturbidim etric method in 100 healthy people and 130 cases of type 2-DM. In which 75 cases were with large vascular syndrome and 55 cases without it. Serum concentration of TC、 HDL-C、 and LDL-C were measured with enzymatic method. Results It showed that the serum level of hs-CRP was (0.78±0.55)mg/L, (3.05 ±1.21)mg/L and (4.65±1.03)mg/L in control group, type 2 DM without large va scular disease group and type 2 DM with large vascular disease group, respective ly. There is significant difference between the control group and the type 2 DM in spite of the large vascular disease ( P <0.001). It also showed that the s erum concentrations of TC, LDL-C and Lp(a) in type 2 DM with large vascular dise ase group were higher significantly compared to that of the control group ( P <0.001). There is also significant difference of the concentrations of TC, LDL- C, Lp(a) and hs-CRP in the type 2 DM with large vascular disease compared to the type 2 DM without the large vascular disease group ( P <0.01). Concl usion Hs-CRP plays an important role in risk prediction of the type 2 D M patients with large vascular disease.
