5025例消化性溃疡住院患者分析

本文分析了湖南省7个医院20年来(1959～1978)经手术和/或X线钡餐检查、纤维胄镜或尸检证实的消化性溃疡病5025例。占同期住院总人数的0.90％,占内、外科住院总人数的1.59％。其中十二指肠溃疡3414例(67.94％),胃溃疡1267例(25.21％),两者之比为2.69:1,其余335例为复合溃疡,8例为复发溃疡,1例为其他部位溃疡。有并发症者占消化性溃疡病总数的77.13％。后十年上消化道出血病死率(0.49％)比前十年病死率(0.99％)有明显下降.

A SURVEY OF 5025 CASES OF PEPTIC ULCER

A total number of 5025 inpatients of peptic ulcer of 7 hospitals in Hunan Province were studied in a period of twenty years (1959-1978). The diagnosis were established by operation and/or barium meal examination, Some cases were diagnosed by endoscopy and autopsy. The incidence of peptic ulcer was 0.90% of the total inpatients in these hospitals, and 1.59% of the total inpatients in the Medical and Surgical Departments. Among these patients, 1267 cases were gastric ulcers while 3414 cases were duodenal ulcers. The ratio of gastric to duodenal u'cer was 1:2.69. The frequency of the complications within these cases was 77.1%, and the upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding was the most common issue (52.6%).
