医学院校新生心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨医学院校新生心理健康状况,为提高其心理健康水平提供依据.方法对广州某医学院2008级-2010级4264名新生采用大学生心理健康调查问卷进行测评分析.结果 45.17%新生存在小同程度的心理健康问题;3个年级相比较各类学生所占比率差异无显著性( X2=0.27、0.36、0.83,P>0.05);2010级法学新生第1类筛选率为3.57%,心理学专业新生为40.00%,两者差异有极显著性( X2=12.46,P<0.01);临床医学专业女生第1、第2类筛选率显著高于男生( X2=5.97、5.62,P<0.05);男生第1类原因选择率18.64%,女生18.13%,原因主要为"感到自身健康有问题"、"自觉有心理问题"及"明确提出咨询要求"3个辅助项目.结论 医学院校新生存在一定的心理健康问题,应加强应对策略.做到及时发现,适时干预与治疗.

Surveys of mental health status in medical college freshmen

Ovjective To explore the mental health status in medical college freshmen in order to provide basis for improving their mental health level. Mehtods Assessments were carried out in 4264 freshmen from 2008 to 2010 of a certain medical college in Guangzhou with the Mental Health Questionnaie for Clloge Students （MHQCS）. Results 45.17 percent of freshmen had different de gree of psychopreblems; there were no significant differences in the proportions of various types of students among three grades x^2=0. 27,0. 36,0. 83,P〉0.05）; the screening rate of first species was 3.57%of jurisprudence and 40. 00% of psychology in freshmen of 2010, there was siginificant difference in the screening rate between jurisprudence and psychology （X^2= 12.46,P〈0.01）;the first and second rates of screening clinical medicine were significantly higher in female than in male students （x^25.97,5.62, P〈O. 05）;the selective ratio of first species cause was respectively 18.64%0 of the male and 18.13% of the female, the main reasons are three assistant items. Conclusion Medical college freshmen have some psychoproblems, coping strategies should be enhanced in order to discover in time, intervene and treat at the right moment.
