| 摘 要： | 目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)和微血管密度(MVD)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测VEGF、MMP-2在非小细胞肺癌组织及正常肺组织中的表达水平并计数微血管密度。结果:NSCLC组织中VEGF及MMP-2阳性表达率和MVD值显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.05),VEGF、MMP-2的阳性表达率和MVD值与非小细胞肺癌临床分期和淋巴结转移具有相关性,与肿瘤病理类型无关。结论:非小细胞肺癌组织中VEGF、MMP-2及MVD明显升高,与临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关,对判断预后有重要意义。
