| 摘 要： | 目的探讨芪蛭汤治疗肾病综合征的机理。方法将肾病综合征患者75例随机分为两组,均给予对症治疗和泼尼松加环磷酰胺治疗;治疗组加予芪蛭汤随证加味;对照组加予阿魏酸哌嗪片口服,1个月后观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血浆内皮素、一氧化氮浓度、24h尿蛋白定量。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗后两组血浆内皮素、24h尿蛋白定量均降低,血浆一氧化氮水平均增高;治疗组改善均优于对照组。结论芪蛭汤能降低肾病综合征患者内皮素/一氧化氮比值,保护血管内皮细胞,降低蛋白尿。 |
