| 摘 要： | 目的利用文本挖掘技术探索中成药及西药治疗IgA肾病的用药规律。方法在中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）中采集治疗IgA肾病的相关文献,建立Access数据库,运用SQL对数据进行处理,结合人工降噪后,分析中成药及西药治疗IgA肾病的用药规律。结果雷公藤多苷片、黄葵胶囊、止血片、百令胶囊等依次为治疗IgA肾病的高频中成药;免疫抑制剂、ACEI、糖皮质激素、ARB等依次为治疗IgA肾病的高频西药;雷公藤多苷片、黄葵胶囊和ACEI、ARB、糖皮质激素分别是联用时常用的中成药和西药。结论文本挖掘能够分析中成药及西药治疗IgA肾病的用药规律,获得的结果不仅反映了临床用药实际,而且拓展了临床用药的范畴与思路,为科学合理地使用中成药及西药提供了客观依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the data to reveal meaningful regularity of Chinese patent medicine and west medicine.Methods:Papers from large data sets of IgA nephropathy were used to set the Acess database.And then,these articles were used to data processing by the SQL.After article denoise,the regulation of IgA nephropathy was analyzed about the TCM medicine and the west medicine.Results:Glucoside Tripterygium Total,Huangkui Capsule,hemostasis tablets,Bailing Capsule were the commonly used Chinese patent medicine.... |
