| 摘 要： | 目的观察当归拈痛汤加味制成膏剂对佐剂性关节炎（Adjuvant Arthritis,AA）大鼠滑膜细胞凋亡及血清细胞因子的影响。方法建立AA大鼠模型,将wistar大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、治疗组（甲氨蝶呤＋当归拈痛汤加味膏剂）、对照组（甲氨蝶呤＋双氯芬酸二乙胺乳）。检测各组大鼠足跖肿胀程度及疼痛指数,滑膜细胞凋亡及血清细胞因子浓度。结果治疗组能显著抑制注射足跖肿胀程度,显著提高滑膜细胞的凋亡率,并降低大鼠血清中IL-17、TNF-α的水平,与对照组效果相当。结论当归拈痛汤加味膏剂可能通过促进AA大鼠滑膜细胞的凋亡,抑制某些炎性因子的释放,达到治疗的作用。
