| 摘 要： | 目的观察定喘汤抑制支气管哮喘大鼠模型气道重塑和嗜酸粒细胞浸润的作用。方法 50只健康大鼠按随机数字表法分成正常对照组、哮喘模型组、定喘汤低、中、高剂量组,以卵白蛋白（OVA）致敏激发制备大鼠哮喘模型,观察各组大鼠肺组织病理学改变,测定外周血中总IgE水平和肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞计数。结果哮喘模型组肺组织病理学改变明显;对外周血中总IgE水平,肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞计数的影响,定喘汤各剂量组与哮喘模型组比较有显著差异,定喘汤低、中、高剂量组比较无显著差异。结论定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的机制部分可能是通过抑制气道重塑和减少嗜酸粒细胞浸润而实现的。
