| 摘 要： | 临床实习是护理教学的最后阶段，也是保证培养素质型、实用型、创新型人才的关键环节。目前，各医院临床整学并不令人满意，作者对本校在10所教学医院实习的2001级、2002级的护理专业350名实习生进行了问卷调查分析，旨在了解和掌握临床带教中存在的问题，探讨解决问题的方法，确保临床带教的质量。 |

| Abstract: | Clinical practice is not only the final phase of nursing teaching process, but the key link to bringing up the high-quality, practical, and innovative talents. However, clinical teaching in varying hospitals is unsatisfactory at present. The authors made questionnairesurveys on 350 trainees of nursing speciality of grade 2001 and 2002 in 10 teaching hospitals of our school. This study was designed to understand and discover the existing problems in clinical teaching, investigate the methods for solving these problems, and thus guarantee the clinical teaching quality. |
