甲状腺手术喉返神经损伤的防治

目的探讨甲状腺手术喉返神经损伤的原因及防治措施。方法回顾分析本院2000年12月至2005年12月甲状腺手术480例和2006年1月成立甲状腺科至2008年12月甲状腺手术657例临床资料。结果480例甲状腺手术中喉返神经损伤12例，成立甲状腺科后657例甲状腺手术中喉返神经损伤13例。结论喉返神经损伤与手术技术和手术熟练程度有关，掌握喉返神经解剖特点，了解喉返神经易损伤部位，合理掌握术中显露喉返神经，是减少喉返神经损伤的关键。

The Prevention and Treatment of the Injury of Recurrent Larygeal Nerve Surgy

Objective To explore the preventive method of injure of recurrent nerve in thyroidectomy and the treatment after injure.Methods From Dec.2000 to Dec.2005 and Jan.2006 to Dec.2008,the clinical data of 480 and 657 cases of thyroidectomy in our hospital.were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was 12 cases damage to the recurrent laryngeal nerve in 480 cases thyoidectomy and 13 cases damge in 657 cases.Conclusion Damage to the recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroidectomy related to operation methods and manipulation.To dissect recurrent laryngeal nerve routinely in thyoidectomy can prevent the injure.
