4年间非淋球菌性尿道炎支原体感染耐药性的变迁

目的 探讨4年间非淋球菌性尿道炎支原体感染情况及耐药性变迁。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法对2000、2003年进行了支原体培养及体外敏感性检测。结果于2000年相比，2003年支原体检出率呈下降趋势，UU MH混合感染明显增多，单纯UU感染呈下降趋势。支原体总耐药率明显增加，且耐药谱发生变化。结论我院4年间非淋球菌性尿道炎支原体感染类型分布和耐药性产生很大变迁。临床医师应该关注本地区流行病学变化及耐药性变迁，合理应用抗生素。

Changes in drug-resistance of mycoplasma from patients with non-goncoccal urethritis in recent 4 Years in our hospital

Objective To study drug-resistance of mycoplasma from patients with Non-gonococcal Urethritis (NGU) in 2000 and 2003 in our hospital, in order to use antimicrobial agents rationally.Methods The results of mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity tests were explored in 2000 and 2003, and the differences were analysed.Results Compared with 2000,mycoplasma positive rates decreased and the proportion of UU+MH(Ureaplasma Urealyticum +Mycoplasma hominis) species has been increased, while that of Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU) was decreased in 2003. It was found that an increase drug resistance and changes drug resistance spectrum.Conclusion Mycoplasma infection showed an increased drug resistance and changes of drug resistance spectrum in our hospital. Doctor must emphasize on the trends pathogen flora and drug-resistance of local area patients, in order to direct drug use in clinical practice.
