| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病患者血糖变化与泌乳素分泌的相关性及其治疗意义。方法将70例糖尿病患者以空腹血糖>16.0mmol/L、病程>10年为A组,空腹血糖<11.0mmol/L、病程<10年为B组,20例健康体检者为C组,分别测量血清泌乳素(PRL)及空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果A组PRL明显增高。结论对血糖控制不良的糖尿病患者,泌乳素测定可作为反映病情严重程度的一项间接指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation betwwen the change of blood sugar and the secretion of prolactin and the significance of treatment in diatetic.Methods 70 diabetes mellituses were divided into group A(empty pneumoperitoneum blood sugar >16.0mmol/L,course of diseases >10 years) and group B(empty pneumoperitoneum blood sugar <11.0mmol/L,course of diseases <10 years),and 20 healths was group C.Serum prolactin level,empty pneumoperitoneum blood sugar,two hours in blood sugar after meal and HbA_1c were measured in each group.Results Serum prolactin level in group A was signifrcantly higher than group B.Conclusion Serum prolactin level can be an indirect index for reflecting the serious degree in diabetes mellitus whose blood sugar is bad controled. |
